Received in a damaged packaging and product seal was open. Looks like Cloudtail sent a used product.About Product:Surely doesn't deserve this price tag. Quality as of a cheap 200 rs product. No base at all. Lot of noise. Even MI Basics are much better than this.

Though the sound quality is good and the microphone is awesome. But the headphone didn't lasted more than 4 months!..... Used it decently but the left ear piece stopped working and soon after that the mkcrophone attached to that side also stopped working plus the cord got ripped off!.... Really i'm disappointed by the lasting of this headphone. Spend a lot of money by buying it but didn't get the satisfaction of using it at all!

initially it was very good .But it got damaged after 3 -4 months of use and now they are not working .It have a 1 year warranty ., but contacted amazon, they informed that i need to take it to sony service centre.But the twist in the story is that , the service center people said , it is not original sony product .But as 4-5 months have passed since the date of purchase , the product won't be replaced and i wont get any refund.My money got wasted ..
