I would like to share the pros and cons of this wonderchef nutriblend product. It is compact, convenient to pickup and store and blends and grinds well under certain conditions but the problem is product is toooooo delicate, so It is way better to buy a mixie, as this product is far too expensive for its quality of operation. Initially I was very happy with product and it's quick grinding, but in just six months it stopped performing so well which is a huge disappointment.The problems are1. We can run it for only one minute at a stretch followed by a 3minute rest so it gets tiresome, and there is no independent switch on the product so you need to off the main switch and on. And if you need to add water in between you need to stop, open the jar and pour which again unlike a mixie is inconvenient.2. The blender blade after six months started leaking with black liquid leaking from the jar, drop of which are shown in picture3. No email complaints were addressed. Customer support had to be called thrice before they send their technician.4. The warranty is only for the motor, so though the problem was with the washer, I had to pay 150rs for change in washer, I have got mixie washer replaced for lessSo my suggestion for those who would like to buy this product are1.for light use and for very lesss quantity grinding2. do make sure you never overload it actually better to keep it even less than the max mark3. Follow instructions of 1 minute grind and rest 3minutes and wait few seconds after it stops before you remove the jar. And ensure jar is closed right before you put it on the motor. And I felt that for chutneys it is better to add sufficient water upfront with the coconut and grind to prevent this washer problem that I faced.4. If washer is gone just visit some local store, warranty is only for the motor, everything else you pay and its parts are expensiveI did not buy this product from Amazon but wanted to share a review to help other buyers, hope it does. And hope wonderchef too will improvise their product and give a better deal to the customer.

1 week ago i had purchase same product with 2 jar, and result was superb , jar quality, plastic was so tough and i was really impressed and very happy. so i booked this product with 3 jars and yeasterday got delivered and found cheated. the quality of jar is really cheap, if u fall he jar by mistake i m sure it will be break. in my 2 jar product on blades there is (blend) and (grind) written which is absant in this blades.i m sure this 3 jar product is duplicate. wondershef kindly look into this mal practice hapenning at seller side, this ruin your brand. and i m planning to return this.

Its very good...but within two month of purchasing its stop working with fire. Its in warranty still While complain abot it ones they know what is the problem .they told me that when moter is came from company they come and replace it .but 10 days gone, i repeated that complained but they say line pe bane rahiye apki problem solve ho jayegi...after 20 minutes on line of phone i got tired and cut it.againcall but they didn't pick up my phone...

Don't Buy this product. Very bad quality. bottom part of jar started rusting. I called customer care and agency asked me to pay 800+ per jar. When I called Customer care multiple times, they agreed to change. All plastic items are covered for 3 month replacement warranty. Finally they changed. But again same issue started. Now they are asking to pay money for jar. Very bad product. Don't buy. Within 6 months, I purchased one more Mixure from different company.

I usually don't write reviews only when i find something really good or really bad.This comes in the bad category.There is a circular ribbon at the bottom of the grinders which keeps the liquid from spilling and it was loose from the beginning. But i worked around it pressing it before closing the lid but it still tore after a few uses.I registered a complaint on 19th April, today is 1st may, no one has attended my complaint yet. I call them everyday and they keep stalling.Buy anything else but not this. Should not have bought it seeing how many recent bad reviews it got. All the positive reviews were old. Bad decision!
