ProsHeadphones looks awesome and is very big and is light weight. Covers the ear properly and is very comfortable. The built quality is very good. Sound is very good.ConsThe white colour tends to become dirty. The wire is very small. 1.2 mtrs is like if you stand in front of pc. Then you cannot wear the headphones. You need to lean to monitor level. At least 2.5 mtrs cable should be there.Bass is too normal for a 50mm driver. This is not explosive bass. Very dissapointed on that part.

if u r reading the review here must mean that u have read all other review about these headphones out there and are still not satisfied .... then let me give it to u straight... yes these are not your everyday audiophile headphones if u want those go for sennheisers , not for these (hd 449 and hd 558), i have those and they sound great , but ,man when it finally comes to bass.. i fell like i should throw them into water and never pick them up... THAT IS WHERE ENTERS THE JVC M55X, these are not headphones ... these are like sub-woofers on your ears ... ground shaking.. reality shattering bass... and the best part even after all this bass, the mids stiff stay clear and mellow, the treble.. still as sharp as u might find in a higher end KOSS And Dennon.. I have bought many higher end Headphones and tried even more.. But these are my favorite PROS- 1) Superb BASS (u can feel the Vibration even when they r just hanging round your neck) 2) Great Build quality.. Looks and feels v durable . the cans the wire everything... 3) Even despite this much bass the overall music clarity and quality is outstanding.. CONS- 1) YES .. unfortunately they leak a lot of sound... 2) too flashy color , makes them look a little cheap... Thats it .. if like me u don't mind this then go for it...

The headphones are pretty awesome... However when I feel there is a drop in the loudness of voice time and again... If you are here for the bass you wont be disappointed. I've got big ears and I must say jvc manages to cover it up pretty nice. When taken off and hung around the neck it feels a lil big and finding it hard to tilt my head. The details says here there is Manufacturers warranty but there is a leaflet in the packaging that says warranty applicable to 50 united states, district of columbia and puerto rico... Well so no warrant for India so mind it. But if these do not bother you i'll say go for it.

First of all delivery of this product was within 2-3 days as per flipkart's high standards as always. This is an amazing headphone. Compatible with iPhone, iPod, Androids, Smartphones and all MP3/MP4 players. The bass output is really good, Played Trance, House, Progressive music.. awsm output.. These headphones are DJ Headphones/headphones used by singers in studios. Watched a movie on my lapy with this headphones it supports surround.. it was amazing. Very light, built feels really strong. There is a little sound leakage but don't let this make you step back from buying this. When your on the street its perfectly fine. The voice/sound cancellation is really impressive. They are huge( covers the ears).... :P They are a big in size compared to other moderate buduget headphones but who cares... all we want is a good pair of headphones. Cons - just one - No Mic....!!! For the money we r paying for the product there at least has to be an extension cable with a mic....!! If this in your budget then go in for this....!!!!

Firstly I like tell the other customers that the pictures of the product is wrong. This model is HA-S55x which is on the ear.And HA-M55x is over the ears headphones which are too too big, you can check it on JVC india official website.So basically your getting HA-M55x over the ear headphone but not that one which is shown in figure. I am totally happy with flipkart service ,they where too big with zero portability and zero traveling so, I have requested for refund and within few day they have refunded my money. Before this headphones I have owe beyerdyanamic dtx 350m I which were allrounder headphone but unfortunately they were break. So I searched in internet and buy these headphone. Talking about these headphone they are super deep bass headphone with 50mm driver.these are for deep bass lover .You can Feel bass through your ears to neck to chest. But there were some elements which where missing when I compare it to my beyerdyanamic dtx350m. At full volume you can feel bass vibration on your ears and ears pads. Its like boom box in your ears. Noise cancellation is descent. But most worst things about these headphone is that they are too big and heavy . Its like carrying mini speaker in your ears.And also build quality of headband is very poor.I think It may break easily. so if you want to use it in your home then it's ok but it would be difficult to use them in traveling. I have given them 4 star if it have been portable and if it's build quality have been much better.

Ok now let me introduce myself , i may not be an audio GEEK but i am more knowledable than your average listener ! ***HEADPHONES I USE*** 1. Ath m50x 2. Mdr xb950bt 3. Sennheiser hd439 4. Beyerdynamic custom one pro 5. Jvc ha m55x Note: I have listed only my over ear headphones , i also have a bunch of in ear ones too . ++Ok , now these JVCs are one of the most under rated head phones ! Period## ++No other headphones react as much to equalization as these. ( just change your ipod's preset equalizer types to know what i mean, I use "FLAT" these sound the best with this ) ++These headphones have rich deep bass without compromising on the highs n mids. ++These cans produce sounds in such a way that u can literally differentiate all the instruments in a music ! ( close to the m50's in this regard) ++The bass is just fantastic can get overwhelming at times but does not become irritating like the xb950bt ! (Xb950bt has head shattering bass remember that and poor mids n highs , so these produce 80% of the bass that the sony produces and almost as gud highs n mids m50's ) ++These cans are by far the loudest of the lot , say at 60% volume on my ipod touch is equivalent to 90-100% volume on the m50s. ++The MOST IMPORTANT PART now ! Read this carefully , these cans when i first played i used the lg g4 whose DAC is by far the worst ! No matter what equalization i set or whatever tweaks i did it was just average at best . The bass was muddy , the highs were too shrill n u could not just bear listening to them for more than 30min . NOW i switched to my ipod touch 64gb 3rd gen , this thing just turned my cans into another beast !! It sounded like a 150-200$ headphones. Just remember to change the EQ presets to your liking ,according to my opinion "FLAT" sounds best on these (perfect balance of vocals n bass). ++The build is good though its primarily plastic , it feels sturdy n should last long if taken good care of . ++ I live in a tropical country (India) so its pretty hot n humid here , the earcups are made up of pleather so its not breathable n i tend to sweat after 30 min or so. ++These cans are HUGE!! so just dont bother wearing it outdoors . It doesn't fold , the cables aren't detachable , so the portablity is a big no no. ++ Isolation is good , leakage is limited to only high volumes( which i believe u would hardly do , except if u have some serious hearing issues or impairment) ++ These are comfortable . Finally i would like to say that these are just a steal at any given price under 100$ and easily sounds like a 150$ pair. It suits for all genres of music. If you are somebody who cannot afford an expensive pair of can then LOOK NO FURTHER. NOTE: good DAC is a must if u use android make sure u have something like htc10 or xperia z or x series or a zte axon to bring out its best . or use an amp like fiio ( i have a fiio e6 , but i dont use it with this pair)
