Bad product. It stopped working the second day of Installation.have called the technician twice already for repair. Now it has been 4 days already since it stopped working. The service center claims to have escalated the matter to HUL and is trying to procure the relevant part to replace in a brand new machine.Apparantly They do Not have the authority to replace an obviously faulty unit. It has been a wrong decision to go for this brand of filter!

Product 5 star rating.Customer service :. - 5 star . They made installation of product a nightmare for me . Installation was not done even after 4 days of contact with customer care . I had to personally find the local service provider of pureit and ask them to install .Product is working fine.
HuL Pureit water purifiers - replacement cost of filters in one year is more than 50% of the cost of the equipment.

The product turns out to be very expensive in terms of after sales service even during the warranty period.Even though the after sales service is prompt and the service is free, the cost of filters and consumables is chargeable.The secondary filters and the primary filters which need replacement periodically have worked out to over Rs 9000/- in the first year itself (even though the usage was normal approximately 20L per day)It would be a good idea to compare the replacement cost of filters for other simlar products while making a decision on which product to purchase.
